Our nurturing environment introduces the youngest learners to the foundations of Montessori and bilingualism through sensory exploration and practical life skills.

  • Focus on language immersion, motor skills, and social interaction.
  • Activities include practical life exercises, sensorial materials, and vocabulary building in two languages.
  • Structured routine to provide security and predictability.

Preschool Program (3-5 years)

Children engage in deeper Montessori work cycles and more complex bilingual activities, preparing them for academic and social success.

  • Advanced work with Montessori materials in math, language, and cultural studies.
  • Enhanced bilingual conversations, storytelling, and early literacy in both languages.
  • Development of concentration, problem-solving, and peer collaboration.

Kindergarten Readiness

A specialized track within our preschool program that ensures children master the cognitive, social, and emotional skills needed to thrive in kindergarten.

  • Comprehensive preparation in early math, phonics, and writing in a bilingual context.
  • Focus on executive function skills: following multi-step directions, task persistence, and self-regulation.

Bilingual Learning in Daily Practice

At THE BILINGUAL MONTESSORI, language acquisition is woven seamlessly into the fabric of our daily Montessori work cycle. Children don't just learn a second language—they live it through purposeful activities and meaningful interactions.

Dual-Language Materials & Environment

Every shelf and work area features materials labeled in both Spanish and English. From practical life tools to sensorial objects, children naturally associate words with concrete experiences, building vocabulary through hands-on exploration.

Guided Teacher Interactions

Our trained guides use a responsive language model, introducing new concepts bilingually while following the child's interest. Whether presenting a puzzle map or assisting with pouring work, instructions and conversations flow naturally between both languages.

Cultural & Practical Life Integration

Bilingual songs during circle time, cooking projects with Spanish recipe cards, and geography lessons exploring Spanish-speaking countries create authentic contexts for language use that extend beyond vocabulary to cultural understanding.

This immersive approach develops not just bilingual ability, but also the cognitive flexibility, problem-solving skills, and cultural awareness that define our graduates.

A Day at Our Center

Experience the nurturing rhythm of our bilingual Montessori program. Our structured day balances focused learning, language immersion, and joyful play.

Morning Arrival & Routine

Children are warmly welcomed into our prepared environment. They begin with practical life activities that foster independence, like hanging up their belongings and choosing their first work of the day.

Montessori Work Cycle

The heart of our day. Children engage in uninterrupted, self-directed learning with Montessori materials. Guides provide individual and small-group lessons in both English and Spanish, supporting cognitive and sensorial development.

Bilingual Circle Time

We gather as a community for songs, stories, and conversations in both languages. This immersive experience builds vocabulary, social skills, and cultural awareness through shared activities.

Lunch & Rest Periods

Children enjoy a nutritious snack or lunch (provided by parents) in our communal space, practicing grace and courtesy. Younger children then have a quiet rest time to recharge for afternoon activities.

Afternoon Activities

The afternoon features outdoor play, art, music, or gardening—all infused with bilingual vocabulary. Children develop gross motor skills, creativity, and a connection to nature before preparing for departure.
